Shift Supervisor

Job Duties

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• Carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• Supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absences of store management
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
