Shift Supervisor

At Jushi Holdings Inc., we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest-growing jobs sector in the U.S. The Shift Supervisor will partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team.
• Lead by example through service, dedication, pace, and energy.
• Mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team by maintaining a positive and can-do attitude.
• Receive deliveries, input inventory data, restock product on the floor, and ensure FIFO order.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, and train team members on product knowledge.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, communicate inventory action items with the Store Manager, and report any discrepancies.
• Aid Patient Care Specialists in consultations, ensuring informed product choices.
• Receive new deliveries, ensure manifest accuracy, and report discrepancies to relevant managers.
• Delegate tasks, verify paperwork, and handle cash transactions.
• Support open communication with management and coworkers, and report team member or patient issues.
• Perform opening and closing duties, and assist with onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists.
• Ensure retail store operations run smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions and decimals, and handle high-volume cash.
• Physical requirements: constant desk-based computer tasks, frequent sitting and standing, occasional standing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Pay

$4–$6/hour in tips, in addition to base pay.
