Shift Supervisor

At Jushi Holdings Inc., we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest-growing jobs sector in the U.S. The Shift Supervisor will partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team.
• Lead by example through service, dedication, pace, and energy.
• Receive deliveries, input inventory data, restock product on the floor, and ensure FIFO order.
• Mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team with a positive and can-do attitude.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining in-depth knowledge of products and strains, and assisting Patient Care Specialists in consultations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, communicate inventory action items, and report discrepancies.
• Aid in the onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists.
• Support open communication with the management team and other coworkers.
• Report team member issues or patient situations.
• Perform opening and closing duties, and assist with retail store operations.
• Oversee and cover additional assistance as required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions and decimals, and handle high-volume cash.
• Physical requirements: constant desk-based computer tasks, frequent sitting and standing, occasional standing, reaching, working above shoulders, grasping lightly, grasping forcefully, using a telephone, sorting/filing paperwork, lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crawling, moderate to loud noise level.

Pay

$4–$6/hour in tips, plus base pay.
