Shift Supervisor

About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support higher responsibility positions
• Ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive an exceptional experience
• Execute new marketing promotions and drive sales performance
• Follow policies and procedures to maintain consistent product standards
• Operate equipment (must be at least 18 years of age)
• Occasionally fill in for crew members in other positions
• Perform tasks requiring heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or some college preferred (not required)
• Valid Driver's License strongly preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Reliable attendance as a vital team member
• Willingness to obtain a food handler’s permit if required (cost covered by us)
