Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Achieve alignment with Program Director on initiatives and goals for the Residential Program.
• Integrate Embark at Greeley culture, norms, and sustainable systems and processes for the long-haul.
• Facilitates the team to find practical solutions to problems.
• Encourages our staff to provide consistency to our clients.
• Implement and facilitate State required trainings.
• Collaborate with various work groups.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older
• College degree in Human Services or related field required
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a childcare setting required
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen in concordance with Colorado State laws
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks
• Current Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain a Colorado driver’s license upon hire
• QMAP preferred but not required
• Ability to perform CPR and First Aid
• Ability to apply provided training in safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention
• PREFERRED - one year of experience working with adolescent populations
• Ability to plan, implement, and adjust to program or daily adjustments
• Ability to develop staff, lead a team and effectively demonstrate management duties

Full-Time, On-site Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday; 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
