Shift Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our team of baristas in delivering the Starbucks Experience to our customers. This role offers the opportunity to join both the Starbucks and Cobra Coffee families.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on customer service, beverage quality, and product offerings.
• Coach and support team members, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Solve problems in the moment, managing operational activities and addressing customer needs.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to set priorities, delegate tasks, and optimize the customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety measures.
• Provide consistent quality beverages and food products, following recipe and presentation standards.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in leading operational activities in a retail or hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Starbucks operational policies and procedures.
