Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Charleys Philly Steaks restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee staff to ensure efficient and effective service
- Manage inventory and food preparation to maintain optimal levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall restaurant performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to manage staff and budgets
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
