Shift Supervisor

About the role

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff schedules, training new employees, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the café, including managing staff schedules and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional environment for both staff and customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced service industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for on-site positions).

Qualifications

Pay

Schedule
