Better Buzz Coffee is opening a new location in El Cajon, CA (733 Fletcher Pkwy, El Cajon, CA 92021) expected to open November 2026. Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Work all café positions — our baristas are cross‑trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order
• Help run and administer a smooth schedule for breaks, meal period and shifts
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks
• Lead all shift duties as directed by the manager on duty
• Lead store cleanliness and safety – always ready for guests and teammates
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team
• Responsible for balancing and managing deposits
• Active in inventory and waste management
• Adhere to opening and closing duties checklist and procedures
• Perform all other duties at the discretion of the store manager or other members of leadership
• Our shift supervisors have the opportunity to learn the entirety of our business: Cashier - Point of Sale, Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking, Working the Drive‑Thru (if drive‑thru), Supporting Third‑Party
