About the role

Better Buzz Coffee is opening a new location in Eastvale, CA (6240 Archibald Avenue) expected to open October 2026. Training will be provided and, once hired, you will train in a nearby location. Learn more at https://betterbuzzcoffee.com.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Work all café positions — our baristas are cross‑trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order
• Help run and administer a smooth schedule for breaks, meal period and shifts
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks
• Lead all shift duties as directed by the manager on duty
• Lead store cleanliness and safety – always ready for guests and teammates
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team
• Responsible for balancing and managing deposits
• Active in inventory and waste management
