About the role
AMP Robotics is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a production team and operate machinery including forklifts, wheel loaders, and balers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the production floor by assigning personnel and monitoring progress.
- Maintain efficiency and resolve technical issues.
- Train personnel on specific duties.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager on personnel and equipment issues.
- Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and report necessary repairs.
- Operate equipment safely and monitor for safety hazards.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Equivalent of high school diploma or GED certification.
- Two or more years of experience leading teams operating similar machinery.
Preferred
- Five or more years' experience as a certified equipment operator.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- Maintain balance on slippery surfaces.
- Lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, climb, bend, twist, and lift equipment and tools.
- Speak, read, and write in English.
- Work overtime and call-ins may be required.
Environmental/Atmospheric Working Conditions
- Potential exposure to extreme weather conditions.
- Potential exposure to dust, fumes, and odors.
- Potential exposure to residential and commercial waste.

Salary & Compensation Information
$38.00 - $41.00 per hour
Equity Grant
The candidate selected for this role will be recommended for a stock option grant commensurate with the position and the candidate's qualifications.
Travel Requirements
No more than 5%.
