Job Overview

Captures the daily activities of the Production Team to maximize productivity and efficiency, fostering a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the daily activities of the Production Team to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency while developing a team environment.
• Provides for a safe work environment through proper training and ensures product quality by utilizing statistical methods to control production processes.
• Direct responsibility for shift personnel in the assigned shift.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school education. Some college or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Clerical, computer skills and good verbal communications.
• Majority of time spent standing and walking during shifts up to 12 hours per shift in a production environment.
• Lifting and carrying materials and packaging supplies weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Climbing and reaching occasionally.
• Visual and auditory acuity to read labels, print specifications, and computer screens; ability to hear equipment alerts and verbal instructions in a moderately noisy environment.
• Environmental exposure to ink fumes, cleaning chemicals, heat, humidity, and moderate to high noise levels typical of injection molding and printing operations.
• Physical mobility and coordination to safely navigate production and storage areas with good balance and coordination.
