Schedule

2pm-10pm Sunday through Thursday, Off Friday and Saturday
Location: Shutesbury, MA

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human services preferred
• At least two years of experience in human services
• Knowledgeable of DDS/DMH regulations
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle on site

Physical Demands

Mental Demands

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in crisis management and de-escalation

Compensation

$23.00 per hour

What we do?

Almadan has provided quality, person-centered services to adults with Developmental Disabilities and various Mental Health Disorders since 1985. We currently have 6 residential group homes and serve many other adults in the community. The agency works in collaboration with:

• Department of Developmental Services (DDS)
• Department of Mental Health (DMH)

To provide an array of specialized services, including:

• 24-hour supported residential programs
• Shared Living
• Community Outreach

Additionally, the agency offers support services through a Private Pay model.

Additional Information
