Shift Supervisor

Summary

The Shift Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership for production operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for supervising production employees, coordinating daily operations, ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining safety and quality standards, troubleshooting operational issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with maintenance, quality, and plant leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of manufacturing leadership or shift supervision experience
• Experience leading production teams within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production equipment, quality systems, and safety practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or operational excellence initiatives preferred
• Able to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime as required
