Shift Supervisor (519)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing supervisory leadership in the absence of store management; authority is typically assigned on an individual shift basis.
• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate.
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absence of store management.
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management.
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
