Shift Supervisor 1

About the role

As a Shift Supervisor (Levels 1–3, determined during interview), you will oversee restaurant operations, product preparation, customer relations, and team management while ensuring the highest quality of products and services for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer has an excellent experience through warm greetings, efficient service, and great food
• Follow all food safety protocols to protect customer health and safety
• Prepare and cook food according to company standards (if not a minor)
• Maintain a professional appearance, including wearing the appropriate uniform and adhering to grooming standards
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment
• Take direction from supervisors, participate in training, and apply learnings on the job
• Keep the restaurant clean and well-maintained, including front-of-house, kitchen, and equipment

• Demonstrate dependability, punctuality, and enthusiasm for each shift
• Foster teamwork to ensure successful and enjoyable shifts
• Deliver great service through friendly interactions, cleanliness, and quality food
• Maintain operational standards, including equipment and overall restaurant upkeep
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid U.S. ID
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Willingness to embrace and contribute to the Mitra culture
