Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures
• Communicate effectively with Crew and other Shift Managers to run smooth shifts
• Achieve shift targets and help departments meet their goals
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production
• Train new team members on critical job functions

Requirements

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
