About the Role

As the Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the restaurant and upholding Off The Hook standards and culture during every shift. The work environment includes a fast-paced kitchen setting which requires long periods of standing, lifting, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General and Assistant General Manager to ensure operations meet all Off The Hook standards during shifts
• Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
• Enforce Off The Hook policies and standards
• Provide exemplary guest service
• Use tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective actions when needed
• Always ensure cleanliness of the restaurant during the shift

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may change
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
• Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Possess a valid driver’s license
