The Opportunity Shift Managers are the operational leaders who drive our business daily. As Manager-on-Duty, you are accountable for driving onsite culture, team performance, safety, service execution, and the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy developing people, and are looking for a clear pathway into higher-level operational leadership. Shift Managers rotate through defined areas of responsibility to build well rounded leadership, business, and operational skills. What You'll Do Lead Operations Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standardsServe as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretionEnsure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-throughExecute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness Coach and Develop Teams Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standardsProvide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team membersSupport training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability Uphold Safety & Brand Standards Model company values and enforce policies and proceduresProactively identify safety risks and address issues immediatelyEnsure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards Rotational Leadership Focus Areas - To support leadership development, Shift Managers rotate through the following focus areas: People & Staffing Leadership -- Scheduling, onboarding support, attendance tracking, performance documentation, and training complianceSales & Training Leadership -- Team training, coaching sales behaviors, certification support, and identifying development gapsOperations & Tunnel Leadership -- Site cleanliness, equipment readiness, preventive maintenance coordination, and lot organization What We're Looking For At least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience requiredRetail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferredDemonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive resultsHigh integrity and professionalismStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to motivate, coach, and hold others accountableComfort working outdoors in all weather conditionsEnergy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style Why Join Us Clear career path into higher levels of operations leadershipHands-on leadership experience with real decision-making authoritySupportive leadership team and structured development opportunitiesStable, growing company with a people-first culture Physical Activity Prolonged periods of standing and walkingManual tasks and operating equipmentStamina and endurance throughout the shift. Pay Range - The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location. $18.25-19.25 per hour per hour
