Shift Manager

About the role

We're looking for friendly people to help us manage our multi-million dollar restaurants. This is a great way to learn the trade of the Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager positions. After all, you are the one who is keeping the restaurant functioning smoothly day in and day out. Are you an energetic person with management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or related field? If so, we want to hire you.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald's standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
• Meet shift targets and help assigned departments achieve their goals.
• Responsible for food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.

Requirements

• Energetic personality.
• Management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or related field.
• Friendly and customer‑focused attitude.
