We are seeking to identify and develop candidates to fast-track through its progressive Certified Manager Trainee program. Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant food service or management experience
• Outstanding attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to be considered for the Management Team
• Individuals at least 18 years of age are encouraged to prepare for the Management level by serving as a team lead

Responsibilities

Shift Managers lead weekly shifts consistently delivering fast, accurate, friendly service with excellence. Provides exemplary leadership empowering the crew to extend great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers take action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.
