Shift Manager Trainee

We are seeking to identify and develop candidates to fast-track through its progressive Certified Manager Trainee program. The ideal candidate will embrace the fast pace of a high-volume restaurant and thrive on fostering a standard of excellence no matter the time of day or night.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly shifts consistently delivering fast, accurate, friendly service with excellence
• Provide exemplary leadership empowering the crew to extend great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers
• Take action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals
• Oversee food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant food service or management experience
• Outstanding attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion to work in the famously fast-paced McDonald's environment

Qualifications

• Individuals at least 18 years of age are encouraged to prepare for the Management level by serving as a team lead

Compensation is based on availability and experience.
