Responsibilities
- Lead a team of baristas and support staff
- Manage inventory and ensure smooth operations
- Train and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Contribute to the overall success of the store
Requirements
- One year retail / customer service management experience, two years preferred OR four years of US Military service

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
