Requirements
- One year of retail or customer service management experience, two years preferred, OR 4+ years of US Military service
- One year of supervising the work of others, teambuilding, and coaching
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment

The actual base pay offered will be based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role.
