Responsibilities
- Lead a team of baristas and support staff
- Manage inventory and ensure smooth operations
- Train new employees and provide ongoing development
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements
- One year retail / customer service management experience, two years preferred OR four years of US Military service

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for California positions)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
