Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of baristas and support staff
  • Manage inventory and ensure smooth operations
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing development
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Engage with customers to enhance their experience

Requirements

  • One year retail / customer service management experience, two years preferred OR four years of US Military service
  • One year supervising the work of others, teambuilding, coaching
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for California positions)
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
