About the role
Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods.
Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial and operational duties.
- Evaluate and enhance customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, develop and schedule associates for current positions and future growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.
Qualifications
