About the role
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring company and McDonald’s standards are met, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift. They are responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Food safety and internal communication
- Inventory management and daily maintenance/cleanliness
- Managing crew and ensuring quality food production
- Exceptional customer service and safety/security
- Scheduling and training
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent starting rates with competitive salaries at various locations. Premium salary for nights and overnights.
