Responsibilities
- Planning and monitoring shifts to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to McDonald’s standards.
- Maintaining safety and security protocols.
- Communicating effectively with the next shift manager to prepare for their shift.
- Meeting and exceeding targets set for the shift.
- Assisting departments in meeting their goals.
- Ensuring food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Managing the crew and addressing any issues that arise.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Performing food production and quality checks.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with a schedule.
- Age 18 or older.
