Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring shifts to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to McDonald’s standards.
• Maintaining safety and security protocols.
• Communicating effectively with the next shift manager to prepare for their shift.
• Meeting and exceeding targets set for the shift.
• Assisting departments in meeting their goals.
• Ensuring food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Managing the crew and addressing any issues that arise.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Performing food production and quality checks.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with a schedule.
• Age 18 or older.
