Shift Manager - McDonald's of Petoskey - North

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments achieve their goals.
• Ensure food safety, manage inventory, perform daily maintenance and cleanliness, and train crew.
• Communicate internally and manage crew quality, food production, and exceptional customer service.
• Manage scheduling, handle inventory management, and maintain cleanliness.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (courses can be completed online).
• Tuition assistance up to $3000 per year for management positions.
