Responsibilities

• Lead and teach your team while promoting proper procedures and a culture of food safety
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
• Engage in problem solving, customer service, and decision making throughout your shift
• Maintain flexible work availability

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
• Ability to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
