Responsibilities
- Oversee shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to maintain outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
- Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure team meets McDonald's standards.
- Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to prepare for a great shift.
- Achieve targets during shifts and assist departments in meeting their goals.
- Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
- Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
- Train new team members on critical job functions.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, friendly, and dependable personality.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.
