Responsibilities

• Oversight of shifts
• Ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience
• Providing leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift
• Ensuring outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers
• Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures
• Communicating effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers
• Achieving targets during their shifts
• Helping departments meet their goals
• Maintaining safety, security, inventory and profitability
• Managing Crew schedules
• Encouraging high performance during their shift
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Quality food production training
