Shift Manager - Franchise - Pulaski Drive Thru (Rosedale, MD)

About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
• Supervise restaurant employees to ensure they provide excellent customer service
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash drawer
• Support the Assistant Manager or General Manager in planning and executing special events and promotions

Requirements

• A high school education or GED
• A valid driver's license

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
