About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleaning.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet the company’s standards for customer service and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Conduct shift handovers and communicate effectively with the Assistant Manager or General Manager.

Requirements

• A high school education or GED.
• A valid driver's license.

Pay
