Shift Manager - Franchise

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times.
• Maintain operational excellence so the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Create a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy.

Pay

Minimum: $15 hourly
Maximum: $18 hourly

Additional Information

This position is with an independently owned and operated franchisee. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment‑related matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. The franchisor does not receive applications, has no control over interview or hiring decisions, and is not responsible for the employment policies or practices of the independent franchisee. If hired, the independent franchisee will be your employer.
