About the role
The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance
- Supervise restaurant employees
- Support the Assistant Manager or General Manager in their duties
Requirements
- Motivated, service-oriented employee
- High school education or GED
- Valid driver's license

- Experience in a leadership role preferred
