About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader!

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant employees during their shifts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance.
• Assist in managing the restaurant’s operations to meet business goals.
• Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct daily shift meetings to discuss performance and plan for the day ahead.
• Support the Assistant Manager or General Manager in managing the restaurant’s operations.

Requirements

• A high school education or GED.
• A valid driver's license.

Pay
