About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing the restaurant during shifts to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Supervises restaurant employees to ensure they are performing their tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manages inventory levels and food preparation to meet demand.
• Oversees the cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Communicates with the management team to report on restaurant performance and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employee with a high school education or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced service industry preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
