About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence
• Supervise restaurant employees during their shifts
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
• Support the Assistant Manager or General Manager in planning and executing daily operations

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employee with a high school education or GED
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
