About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant staff during their shifts
• Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleaning
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
• Conduct training sessions for new employees
• Assist in managing the restaurant’s budget and financial responsibilities

Requirements

• A high school education or GED
• A valid driver's license
