About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader!

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant employees during their shifts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance.
• Assist in managing the restaurant to meet operational goals.
• Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Conduct daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support the Assistant Manager or General Manager in all aspects of restaurant management.

Requirements

• A high school education or GED.
• A valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Motivated and service-oriented personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
