Responsibilities

• Planning and executing shifts to meet operational needs
• Maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
• Communicating effectively with other managers to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Managing inventory levels and conducting daily maintenance and cleaning
• Training new employees and overseeing their performance

Requirements

Previous leadership experience is preferred, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. Must be 18 years or older.
