About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers oversee the team and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. They also manage inventory, daily maintenance, and crew scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance
• Schedule staff and communicate with the next Shift Manager
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with the team to achieve departmental goals
• Handle exceptional customer service situations
• Support the team in achieving shift targets

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team and customers
• Must be 18 years or older
