Responsibilities

• Encourage positive relationship building & promote independence
• Transportation and participation in community activities
• Provide leadership, support, and direction to staff members
• Maintain staff training and documents, including performance evaluations
• Personal care/assistance with activities of daily living
• Cooking/meal prep/dietary support
• Medication administration/health monitoring

Requirements

• Previous direct care experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Valid State of Michigan driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to pass background checks as applicable
• Possess basic computer skills
