Responsibilities
- Aid in managing shifts towards achieving sales and profit goals.
- Execute Arby’s Systems daily to maintain a clean, organized restaurant ready for service.
- Ensure team members receive proper training.
- Work positions to serve guests.
- Operate according to established performance, profit, and operating standards.
- Supervise and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Show a good understanding of all equipment and take responsibility for its preventative maintenance.
- Maintain high standards of service by leading by example.
- Utilize management tools to keep accurate records and provide historical data for planning.
- Communicate openly and honestly with subordinates, superiors, and others regarding plans, progress, and issues.
- Create an atmosphere of teamwork and commitment to company objectives.
- Increase sales and make a profit.
- Show flexibility to exceed the scope of this position description.
Requirements
- Preferred: 6 months of experience in the restaurant industry.
- Lift up to 40 lbs, stack cases of product, and move them in the walk-in cooler/freezer to ensure FIFO.
- Some lifting may be required at shoulder height in the walk-in cooler, freezer, storage, and for setting up/moving equipment.
