Responsibilities
- Aid in managing shifts towards achieving sales and profit goals
- Execute Arby’s Systems daily to maintain a clean, organized restaurant ready for service
- Ensure team members receive proper training
- Work positions to serve guests
- Operate according to established performance, profit, and operating standards
- Supervise and motivate team members to perform at their best
- Have a good understanding of all equipment and take responsibility for its preventative maintenance
- Maintain high standards of service throughout the day by leading by example
- Utilize management tools to keep accurate records and provide historical data for planning
- Communicate openly and honestly with subordinates, superiors, and others about plans, progress, and issues
- Create an atmosphere of teamwork and commitment to company objectives
- Increase sales and make a profit
- Show flexibility to exceed expectations beyond the scope of this position
Requirements
- Preferred: 6 months of experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stack cases of product, and move them in the walk-in cooler/freezer to ensure FIFO
