Responsibilities
- Aid the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in managing shifts towards achieving sales and profit goals.
- Execute Arby’s Systems daily to maintain a clean, organized restaurant ready for guest service.
- Ensure team members receive necessary training.
- Work positions to serve guests and operate within established performance, profit, and operating standards.
- Supervise and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Show a good understanding of all equipment and take responsibility for its preventative maintenance.
- Maintain high standards of service by leading by example and using management tools to keep records updated.
- Communicate openly and honestly with subordinates, superiors, and others regarding plans, progress, and issues.
- Create a positive work environment fostering excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment to company objectives.
- Increase sales and make a profit while maintaining a flexible attitude that goes beyond the scope of this position.
Requirements
- Preferred: 6 months of experience in the restaurant industry.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stack cases of product, and move them in the walk-in cooler/freezer to ensure FIFO.
