About the role
The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for a variety of tasks including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and training the team.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing shifts to ensure high-quality customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Monitoring and addressing performance issues
- Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
- Managing inventory and daily maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Training and supervising the team
- Meeting departmental and individual performance targets
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job
- Age 18 or older
Qualifications
While not required, previous leadership experience is preferred. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
