Shift Manager

About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for various tasks such as planning shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and training crew members.

Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring shifts to ensure efficient operation
• Maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
• Managing inventory and daily maintenance
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the following shift
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Assisting in meeting departmental goals
• Handling exceptional customer service situations
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed
• Scheduling staff and managing staffing levels
• Providing ongoing training to crew members

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager

Qualifications

While previous leadership experience is preferred, applicants with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a basic understanding of food safety guidelines are also required.

Pay

Starting pay for this position is $13.00 per hour.
