Shift Manager

About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for various tasks such as planning shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, managing inventory, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring shifts to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness
• Managing inventory and daily maintenance
• Scheduling and supervising staff
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
• Meeting and exceeding departmental targets

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting is preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
